| Facts you should know about this Shed Alarm System! Uses for the Shed Alarm Kit: The Shed Alarm Security System Kit is designed to protect Storage Sheds, Trailers, Barns, Garages, Construction / Contractor Trailers or Sheds, or any other Outbuilding that doesn't have AC power available. These Sheds, Trailers, Barns, Garages, or Construction Trailers should be within sight or earshot of your home, office, or a nearby neighbor. Operation of the Shed Alarm Kit: This Shed Alarm System is armed and disarmed from outside using a key switch. There is no delay timer and the alarm will go off instantly if a door is opened. This prevents an intruder from tampering with the system before it goes off. This Shed Alarm System is designed to set off a 110 db Outside Siren and a 110db Inside Mini Siren for the selected time you set. A Red Strobe Light will flash indefinitely until the Shed Alarm Security System is reset or the battery runs out of power. Zero Current Draw: This Shed Alarm Security System Kit was designed to draw NO CURRENT when armed. Other Alarm Systems require AC Power and have parasitic current leaks that will eventually drain your batteries DEAD. A well maintained and fully charged 12V heavy duty deep cycle battery should hold it's charge for months, possibly even a year before requiring maintenance and a recharge. Easy to Install: Each Shed Alarm Kit comes with Complete and Easy to follow Instructions. Solar and Wind Power Friendly: This Shed Alarm System is perfect for 12V Solar and Wind Powered Systems. It doesn't use power when armed and it ties directly into 12V DC systems. Expandable: This Shed Alarm System can be customized and expanded. Switch and Key – Switch w/Plate, Metal Electrical Box, and two Keys. Extra keys can be requested at a minimal cost. Magnetic Switches - 2 Sets of Non-Contacting Magnetic Door / Window Switches with Mounting Screws and Shims. More switches can be purchased separately at a minimal cost. Instruction Booklet – Complete, easy to follow instructions with pictures and diagrams. Miscellaneous Items – Tie Wraps, Self-Adhesive Tie Wrap Mounts, Wire Nuts, In-Line Fuse and Holder, Siren and Alarm Mounting Screws. Battery Connection Hardware – You’ll need hardware and wire terminals to connect the wiring and fuse to the battery terminals. Simply press the Button marked “Battery Check” and the LED Indicator meter lights up according to your battery voltage. This helps you monitor the voltage level of your battery without having to haul a volt meter around. |
| The Shed Alarm Security System can be set to operate from 1 to about 136 minutes Most communities have limits on how long an alarm can sound after activation so please check local ordinances Simply set one of the Timer Setting “DIP Switches" to the desired time setting for your alarm to sound after activation. A second "Constant"12V DC output is available to power a strobe or other device until someone resets the Alarm. |

| Warranty: This product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. We will, at our option, repair or replace any component with a new or refurbished component if it fails to meet this warranty.
